How we are paid
We are remunerated largely by commission on the business that we place. However, we can act for you on a fee basis if you prefer.
If you ask us to arrange a mortgage for you we can be paid by either commission from the mortgage provider or a fee. If you choose to pay a fee this will usually be £250 for arranging the mortgage at outset plus 0.25% of the loan amount on completion.
